We have some news to tell you, and it’s not the good news we usually spread in this newsletter.

We’re pausing all operations and posting for Grateful Gazette.

This newsletter started from one simple idea: there wasn’t enough positive energy in the news and your inbox. We set out to change that.

I like to think that we made enough of you smile and reflect that we did make a change in our own small way. But we have to shift focus and can no longer support the cost of running this newsletter.

We love sharing the good news with you all and starting each morning with a mindful breath that helps ground us for the day ahead. It’s been our pleasure to be a part of your ritual and everything that comes with that.

We don’t know how long this pause will last, but we will let you all know when there is an update.

In the meantime, we will be closing all donations to buy us a coffee (thank you so much to everyone who helped; you kept this newsletter going), and yesterday was our last post.
